It had started as a game for Yoruichi.

It began innocently enough with slow and deliberate walks past her assistant Soifon’s desk, usually to grab some water from the water cooler that she didn’t need – she had her own mini-fridge – or to grab supplies she could have asked Soifon to get – her desk drawers were overflowing with the extras – or to talk to one of the employees, leaning on the low partitions and swinging her hips back and forth just enough to catch her attention and just enough to keep it.

But it had all paid off when Soifon, slightly drunk from too much eggnog at a holiday party, had grabbed her by the wrist and dragged her to the supply closet so fast she had almost snapped one of her heels.

It had definitely paid off when Soi, meek little assistant Soi, had pushed her body against Yoruichi’s in that supply closet, pulled her by the neck to her level, and planted a kiss on Yoruichi’s mouth that left her reeling.

And then when that mouth began to drift south, from her neck… to her cleavage… to her stomach… and… well. Let’s just say, Yoruichi had definitely won that round, but Soifon cheated in the best way possible.
